Sweet ladies handling Saturday on their own. Did an awesome job! They had 2 large groups in front of us and still mamaged to keep our coffee flowing while we waited. Portions were big and we didn't finish. Sadly forgot a picture.

If your in Ferndale and want breakfast this is the only place to go, literally, but it was the best cooked breakfast I can recall eating.

Cool place. Old style diner. Huge orders, good quality ingredients. I ordered the daily special, a grilled ham and cheese. It was so big that I took half of it with me. Did I mention that the service was nice and the food was piping hot?

They do not lie on their menu; the pancakes were big! I had the meal called "Blackie's Special" for $14 which has 2 large pancakes, 2 eggs however you'd like, and 4 slices of bacon. My husband got the same but asked for their sausage in place of bacon. That was a large patty. Neither one of us could finish the whole plate. Our server, Emma, was very nice and attentive with a relax attitude. She kept my husbands coffee full but wasn't at the table like a vulture either; the perfect server!
