这里是索诺玛山谷（Sonoma Valley）没有接待顾客设施的酒庄的酒窖。这里提供的葡萄酒都是有机或天然的，但并不完全如此。室内和庭院都比较简陋，木质结构、简单的照明和室外的遮阳帆，但却令人愉悦。菜肴以地中海为灵感，使用当地的时令蔬菜。我们推荐罗勒辣鸡蛋和西兰花鸡肉。葡萄酒方面，Ashanta 和 Source & Sink 也不错！

Really fantastic flavor combinations. We tried most of the menu and I really liked the melon salad and the peanut noodle dish, but everything was really delicious. The French toast was perfectly done, the salad was fresh and delicious, the sandwiches were on fresh buns and were well made. This place clearly has a passionate chef with a good understanding of flavor.

The best new addition to Sonoma Square in the recent memory. Among the top 3 new additions to greater Sonoma. Asian inflected menu, interesting wine list, lovely patio, terrific staff. Our go-to everytime we visit Sonoma.

URGENT - OWNERS!! We have enjoyed Valley Bar & Bottle for many, many meals as locals. We write this because we care, not because we don't! Someone in your kitchen isn't washing their hands!!!! We have now heard from another restauranteur owner that a wonderful client who are locals that the large group of the client and friends just got sick from a meal there as we did three weeks ago. I have a steel stomach and never get sick off of food - I did there and an unusual sickness at that - lower cramps and three days on the toilet. My spouse was worse off! You don't want the Health Department called in, so please clean up your act. You will loose business!!!! We don't want that to happen to you! Please take this review seriously and figure out what the heck is going on in your kitchen!

Well, we were looking forward to visiting this restaurant. The beginning was fine, the food was great, we had a glass of wine to start…and we finished our meal and all the time nobody was paying attention to us. 30 minutes of empty glasses without asking if we needed anything. Too bad they let you get thirsty in Sonoma.
