Excelente servicio a la habitación, me encanto la forma en que son tratados los huéspedes; el personal es muy amable y siempre tienen sonrisa, en fin una hermosa experiencia. La comida muy deliciosa y las bebidas muy refrescante un total 10/10.

We had the welcome party for my wedding here in May - the team was amazing and made the party a huge success! The food was terrific ( I swear, a woman I haven’t seen eat a carb in years ate 3 pieces of that pizza!!!) and everyone had a great time. Lindsay was super responsive and helpful during the planning process and was extremely reassuring when it was clear that it would rain the whole night and the event was outside. They were able to cover the entire area and provide heat lamps, saving the day! The night of, Bobby was fantastic, as was the rest of the waitstaff. Many, many thanks!!!

Pretty lousy experience. Prices are above market but the room we got was subpar. Dark, dingy, a little grimy, dollar store shampoo. And also:

Door handle to bathroom was broken and came off in my hand, let management know and they sent a guy over who said there was nothing he could do. Stayed all weekend and it never got fixed, then at checkout the kinda spacey and hostile clerk said “the manager said you were alright with it.” Hmm don’t remember saying that, but if it saved you $20 at Home Depot go ahead and gaslight me instead of doing your job. Bunch of hacks
