The plumbing was out of the 1950's. The shower alternated between too hot and freezing. The carpet in the room was rippled. The pools were wonderful and more than made up for any other deficiency. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to the Golden Haven for 35 years. There is a reason we keep coming back . . .
Any spa services you want and a mud bath experience at least once in your lifetime is so worth it. The pool, the hot tubs, the mineral water . . . bliss. The rooms are comfortable, comfy beds and linens. Quiet, peaceful and serene . . . return home feeling restored.

Always excellent service, never weird about demanding you take one pool towel to the office to get a new one or anything like nearby ones, and much quieter than the ones on Lincoln but only a ten minute saunter away. Nice warm lap pool (reminds me of Nance's covered one only larger) and two nice smaller waters...one 98 to 100 and the other 102 to 104 or so.
