Recap: Avoid going here; my recommendation is going to Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company instead.

We came here for three consecutive days during our last trip to the Napa Valley, and all three days they 'forgot' something in our order; an avocado toast, a sandwich, a coffee. We all make mistakes, but when we tried to ask where these items were all three days we were intentionally ignored. The staff all seem frustrated with the customers the entire time. I'm sorry that we're all such an inconvenience.

The service was horrendous, ill mannered , no organization and the food had no taste . There is better service in Mcdonalds then this si called cafe. Will never return and definitely not recommend.

I ordered ahead.
The food was take out and it just wasn't worth it.
The hash browns were reminiscent of McDonald's but super dry and they didn't give any ketchup.
The biscuit breakfast sandwich was on the dry side.
Unfortunately, my 3-year-old who eats homemade biscuits barely nibbled on it.

Nice and tasty English muffins, however that's the only positive about this place. Wife ordered to go online for the English muffins. We went to the register asking to pick up the order, instructed to go to the bar area. We literally stand there for a good 3 mins, the two people in the bar area failed to acknowledge us at all. Finally my wife said "excuse me" and they finally helped her but gave the attitude that they didn't want to be bothered and made us feel like why you are here?

Your baked goods are good but the customer service was just terrible

Called to place an order so I can pick up since I was on a time limit put in my order at 7:21. They said 10 to 15 minutes. Had to cancel it at 7:50 since they do not make my order.

My friend & I each bought a couple of cookies. We agree that they were some of the worst cookies we've ever eaten. Tourists only go here! Locals know better. Yuck! Staff are obviously very unhappy, too.

I asked the employee if they had any muffins and he said NO before I could finish my question. I’m in line paying and right in front of me he finds a 6 pack for a customer who ordered after I did. If your going to lie at least do it out of a customer range of hearing. I’m sorry I shop here a lot because we go through St Helena frequently. This is incredibly bad service I’m done.

Every time I'm in Napa, I make it a point to swing by The Model Bakery, and it's mainly for their phenomenal muffins. They've got this way of baking them to perfection – the insides are soft and moist, while the outside has a slight crispness. The variety they offer is great, but honestly, every sandwich I've tried has been top-notch.

And it's not just the plain englishmuffins. Their breakfast sandwiches are the kind of hearty, flavorful start to the day you dream about. Made with fresh, quality ingredients, they're just as much a must-have as the muffins.

The bakery itself has a really welcoming vibe. Walking in to be greeted by the aroma of fresh baking is an experience in itself. Plus, the staff is always friendly and quick to serve, which makes the whole experience even better.

So, in a nutshell, The Model Bakery is one of those places in Napa I just can't skip. Whether it's for a batch of their amazing muffins or a satisfying breakfast sandwich, it's always worth the visit.

The perfect spot to have breakfast at Santa Helena. You are not going to be disappointed. They have a wide selection of sandwiches, pastries and coffee. The place is cozy and the staff super friendly.

The register lady did not know how to place an order. I asked for two sourdough grilled cheese and add bacon and tomatoes. I get the order with only cheese. I go back and ask for the bacon and tomato. She charge me again and I saw that she charged me only for one sandwich. I said it’s two sandwiches but she did not even understand. When I get the order it was missing again the tomatoes. If it’s so hard to get a sandwich with bacon and tomato I don’t know what I can expect from a more complicated order. Also when places are packed the services always it’s horrible. Nothing special the taste as well
