The rooms are not properly kept. You hear loud shower noise from the adjacent rooms.

We stayed one night as planned. Great customer service. Everything was clean. The only downfall was that there is no AC in the rooms.

This place was not good. The room smelled musty and the remote control was sticky to the touch. Felt like a rundown forgotten motel and should have been at least $100 cheaper.

The room was very basic, on first flush the toilet overflowed all over the floor and some on the carpet. It was after lobby hours so it was very difficult to get anyone to respond, 30 min later an employee arrived with a plunger, I asked to get a new room, never got an answer , so we left, I am still awaiting refund. Stay away!

The rooms are clean and just fine. The first two nights the people next to
me were playing games and having a good old time. I could hear every word until 10:30/11. Last night they must have left because it was so quiet I could hear a pin drop. The front office staff is adequate but isn’t doing the property any favors by being outgoing. There is coffee, boxes of croissants and apples for grabs in the lobby every morning. There was parking available on site my entire stay. Don’t know if
that would be the case in the
summer. Short walk to the hibernating butterflies.

We were called the day before and asked to arrive the next day by 1pm, even though check in isn’t until 4pm. I told my friend it’s because they wanted to close up and go home at the front desk. And that is exactly what happened.
The room was very dated. The furniture had chips in it. The rug looked dirty. I have never seen a toilet so low. The breakfast was a stale croissant with a wrap piece of cheese. The heater was from the sixties and I was concerned about using it for too long. I was cold and wanted another blanket but of course the front desk had gone home. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly.
Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

Very, very, disappointed, room had super bad smell, asked the front desk to give us a different room and she got offended, bathroom door opened into the bathroom not enough space to get in and close the door, beds super noisy every time you move wakes you up,floors from second floor room extremely noisy didn't stop moving around until 1 or 2 am, I'm only 5,11 and my feet were hanging out the bottom of the bed super small, planed to stay for 2 nights ended up leaving after one night , never got refunded for the rest of the time.
In other words the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Take this as a warning stay here at your own risk...
Can't post this with cero stars. i should give this hotel -4 ☆.

Stayed here during the perfect time of year. The rooms do not have a/c but provide a fan. The doors to get into the rooms are sliding glass doors and it was safe enough that we left it cracked open with the fan running from it. Super affordable place considering the location. Parking was limited but we always found a spot. There was wifi, breakfast, a microwave, and mini fridge. Access to the rooms is via stairs, not wheelchair friendly. Will be staying here again.

Hôtel sympa et calme, mériterait un coup de frais. La literie est plutôt bonne, petit dèj pas testé, nous allions chez Toastie's, miam. Par contre la chambre n'a pas été faite durant le séjour par manque de personnel. C'est quand même un service payé dans le prix de la chambre. C'est pas pro du tout.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently located blocks from PGGC, beach and cannery row. The room was clean. Front staff were nice. This is not a frills and thrills type of lodging. No pool/spa. No smoking on the grounds in general. No elevator. We asked staff about a firepit because we wanted to enjoy the courtyard in the evenings, however we were told they were not allowed to have an open flame. Not sure if it was just this property because surrounding properties had them and were fully operational. We then also if we could get any heat lamps for the courtyard, we were told the heat lamps were for staff only. We would have enjoyed the evenings but that wasn't an option due to no heat. The office closes at 6pm and the staff enjoyed their warmed patio for several hours.
The staff are well taken care of, hotel guests not so much.

Guest service was great, all staff were super nice! The room was clean, exactly how we expected it to be. I loved the large balcony we got.
Parking was a bit cramped, but we always found a spot. Amazingly close to the coastline! Lighthouse was closed when we went, so that was a bummer. Great hotel for the price!

As soon as I checked in, I got bitten. As I went to my room, I received many bites on my ankles. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk, she said they were deer fleas. She said they sprayed, but it couldn't be helped. I will never stay here again. I itched miserably my whole trip, and I had to buy topical itch cream.

MOLDY SMELL in my room, again. Enclosed hallway reeked of mold. What a turnoff. The owner needs to address this issue. Neighboring properties don't have this problem. A tiny air freshener pod in closet did not take this horrid smell away. My clothes smelled of mold after two nights in the open closet. Won't be returning.

I booked a room this past weekend and my stay was very pleasant. I was greeted at the front desk by Angel, and I received friendly customer service.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere. I can't wait to book another room in the near future.
