Beautiful place to stay. Warm welcome, superb included breakfast, cosy room. It’s an old house, so, don’t expect good sound insulation.

We just stayed here for 2 nights and loved it!! Monterey and the surrounding area is super nice with so much to see. Gosby House Inn was the perfect base to explore it from! Staff is really kind. We stayed in room 20 Everett which was spatious yet cozy, beautifully designed. Breakfast is sooo yummy! And we also loved the snacks & wine in the afternoon. Thank you so much for having us and making this such a wonderful experience!

Great spot in Monterey! They recently revamped the interior. It is nice and a few things that needed updates got them (bathrooms, doors, etc). Kinda miss the granny-chic vibes that it used to have though. It's all modern monochrome palettes now. Still a cozy spot, okay price, and friendly staff. Will continue to stay here.

Nice place to stay. Located well within city and good for walking. Terrible parking situation.
Our room was situated right next to the kitchen and front desk. You can HEAR EVERYTHING. Dished banging, loud front desk people talking. The hallway echoes so it gets extremely loud in the room. The bathroom fixtures are old.
