Old hotel that has been nicely redone. The oldest part of the hotel is considered haunted. I was hoping to see a specter. Located conveniently to most attractions .

Old hotel with charm. Front desk staff Juan was very helpful explaining parking (go up.the street, it's only $8/day), and when we couldn't figure out the tv, he came right up and helped. There is a bar and theater across the street, and because it is an old hotel, the walls are thin, and partying could be heard well into the night, so bring earplugs if that's an issue for you. I rather enjoyed sleeping to the party people. The gym is small, but adequate and clean; the hot tub is hot, very clean and inviting. I'd suggest skip the in room coffee in the morning and go get it in the lobby. You can grab some fruit and granola bars too.
The staff is very kind and helpful, and our pet friendly room was great to be able to bring our fur children with. The beds are comfortable and the location is excellent for looking around and walking the dogs.
There were plenty of little patches around the hotel block to take the dogs to the restroom and then back up to the rooms.
