Hello, this is my second time that I've encountered a foul mussel at Sam's. Yes, I've ordered mussel twice, and unfortunately, both times it's been bad. I'm very disappointed. The first time I mentioned it to the waiter, but received no response. This time, I took it to go, and I must address this issue. By the way, the service at Sam's is becoming increasingly indifferent towards customers. Sam, you should take responsibility for your customers.

Artificial scarcity created with unnecessary waiting. Please see attached image for all of the empty tables. Good food

Lots of empty tables but made us wait half an hour. Also not enough bathrooms. Literally a line out the door for the bathroom for over a half an hour wait there too.
