We enjoyed our falafel balls with hummus. I also tried their vegan onion rings. Husband had chicken pita which was okay-ish for him. Pigeons roaming around was bit off for his hygiene-freak mind. I didn’t mind it at all as they were minding their own business.
I also liked the graffiti on walls! There was not much of wait time for us today noon.

I've been going here since I was a kid (roughly 20 years now) and their quality has never wavered. Hands down best falafel in the Bay area, and I've tried a lot of different places that serve falafel. Also their banana shakes are just iconic, so I recommend you try one of those too

Hands down the best falafels in the United States. I am constantly on the lookout for a great falafel, and I simply cannot find anything that comes close to this great and quirky place. If you want to have a great dining experience with the best falafel in America, you must try this place.

Been coming here all the way from Santa Cruz for years. This place is a landmark! Best falafel, best hummus, fries, onion rings, and the best owner! Prices are reasonable and it is famous because it is GREAT!
