Right on the BART train line, big comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff.
My one issue is none of the staff were knowledgeable about the surrounding area so they couldn't direct you to any of the great places around.

They gave us free breakfast and the lady was nice so bumped it back to 3
