The wheelchair accessible rooms are not truly accessible. No grab bars by toilet and no way to use shower. Also they do not have equitable room types. Only one wheelchair room with 2 beds in the whole big hotel

All I wanted to say is AMIKA who is the jolliest person alive gave us the tips on where we can have a quick bite and showed us to the local bars and made our 2 night stay very memorable ...

As other reviews have noted, this hotel is fantastic to walking to restaurants and the waterfront. The staff are very friendly too.

One of my main issues are that the rooms are showing a lot of wear. For example, the carpet was ripped in my room and there were water stains on the artwork. With that said, the rooms are still comfortable. I appreciate the couch in the room.

Something that surprised me was that the rooms don't have USB outlets. There are plenty of regular outlets but this caused a problem when I forgot my USB adapter. This shows how old the rooms are. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't have direct usb outlets.
Nonetheless, the hotel staff were kind enough to lend me a charger.

The gym is very basic and only has some treadmills, bike, one bench and dumbells. There is plenty of room for something like a cable machine which would add a lot of functionality.

The pool is nice albeit I didn't take advantage of it.

The hotel's location near the subway is convenient, but it's situated in a less desirable area, resulting in a 20-minute metro journey to the city center. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, and the rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Furthermore, the thin, poorly insulated walls and the absence of a safe were noticeable downsides. On a positive note, the staff replaced a malfunctioning hairdryer, although they performed a pre-authorization without prior notice. The one exception was the helpful French gentleman at the front desk.
