We had a great time bowling for a birthday. Food with meat was good but the vegetarian options were bad. Also it was extremely loud in the main bowling room from loud music , so loud that we couldn’t even talk without screaming which was unpleasant.

Honestly the staff didn't get paid enough to care...so fair tho. Also if you want the world's most expensive bowling, then you've found the right place

Fun spot! You could they had been busier earlier in the day too. When we got there it was a little messy and the staff was busy! I liked my drinks and the games were so much fun.

The bowling alley and arcade offers prices you'd expect. It's a great place to catch sports games on the big screens while bowling. And the outdoor bar is pleasant with ample seating options

Watched many 49ers games here outdoors. I liked the wings and burgers. Nice staff. Never been inside for bowling or arcade

Work event was hosted here. This place is cool and lively. We went during a weekday and there was still a nice crowd. Can only imagine with the balconies, bars and food, the what the weekend vibe is. Great for groups.

Great service being very packed to capacity. Food was cooked throughly, but the Calamari, which was just breaded and lightly cooked, was very gummy. Otherwise, service was fast when they eventually got your order. However, the customers were super entitled, and arguments happened left and right. Kids playground on the premises. Dogs were everywhere eating off the ground. But it's still a nice place ???? ???? ????... valet parking and street parking at hotels. Limited parking. Get here early. Tons of shows, comedies nearby. No complaints. It's Oakland, the city of bippers.

We had a company party here and it turned out fantastically. Our host was always around to help us and check in on service and the food was over the top amazing. We ordered way too much food. The staff had a great time. We will definitely consider this venue next year!

Had a corporate trip, and we were lucky enough to be able to place a reservation for 22 people. Del was our host, and she was amazing. Her customer service was above par, and her bartender skills were on point. The food was delicious. We had brisket and chicken as well as multiple sides. Great games, bowling was fun, pool table. Amazing view outside. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I went to the 49ers watch party for the NFC championship. The food was expensive and wasn’t very good. Plus no servers so you had to stand in line at the bar which was very inconvenient and time consuming. I ordered 2 shots of tequila and 2 vodka cranberry which came out to 55.00. I was under the impression they’d have stadium style food and drink specials. But I didn’t see or hear of any of that.

January 25th the plank hosted the NFL CHAMPIONSHIP for Niner fans. The atmosphere and fans were off the hook. The DJ played the best music that brought back the DAyz. Bartenders were hard working and tried their best to keep up.
Had a great time.
The only take home from the party that I couldn’t digest was only 3 bar tenders for over 80 people. A few TV screens little out dated. Food was not what I expected for the buck.

Great fun spot by the water - the combination of a bar, arcade, and bowling alley makes for a fun experience and atmosphere. Food was good - drinks were better.

We were a party of six, three children and three adults. We were there at about 6:45pm. Prices for bowling fluctuate depending on the time. I was next in line and due to the delay of tending to another customer I was asked to wait. Once the group before us left I thought I was next, but once again I was asked to wait so that someone else could pay for a bowling lane. This person was not even in line. Right after this customer was given their shoes and paid I was next. By this time the time was 7:05pm. We asked if the establishment would honor the price corresponding to before 7pm because we had been waiting. The person there, Nelly (I don't know if this is how she spells her name), was extremely rude and said, "are you going to pay the full price or not." She said this almost as an ultimatum. I am not sure why she felt the need to escalate the situation. I reminded her that payment was not the issue and we were just asking because we had been waiting before 7pm. Anyway, this place is fun but I believe they can improve their customer service. Perhaps, other customers have given employees like Nelly a tough time, but employees should receive service on how to help customers have the best experience at this establishment.
