Just not worth the price. Wife and I just drove across the country and was expecting a nice/peaceful nights rest but that's not what we ended up getting. I will say the rooms were clean, staff friendly and check-in was super easy but everything else sucked. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall, in room coffee maker just makes coffee flavored water, shower temp would randomly change while showering, halls reeked of weed, you can hear all the noise from other guests in the hallway, if you need water you can pay $5 for in room bottled water or take the trek to the lobby to buy the same water for $3...couldn't get any vending machines in our building to work, website says there's free breakfast but there's not. Location is nice but you'll get woken up by boat horns all night long, you have to pay extra for the luxury of parking in the parking lot, our room had one comfortable bed and one very uncomfortable bed, the app for the door access would constantly stop working so we'd end up stuck outside waiting for someone to let us in (restarting app didn't help), basically no cellphone reception and WiFi was so slow it was unusable. After staying and such an amazing La Quinta in Kingman Arizona, we were expecting something just as good...should have just stayed at Motel 6.

Not a four stars hotel, insolation room are poor ,commun space dirty, management pitiful, perfect place to loose your money. Very disappointed

As usual with a crowd sourced rating system, the opinions of people will vary greatly depending on what they compare the services to. Comparing this hotel to other large chain hotels, even Hilton's own properties, makes me downgrade it to 2 stars due to worn out rooms, damaged furniture, objectionable odors in the halls and rooms, etc. Service wasn't terrible but didn't stand out as good either - except the restaurant which did stand out but not in a good way, and I'll review that separately. I'll increase the rating of this hotel for the beautiful scenery and lovely walking trails right outside the door which was a real benefit for us. But, as many others have mentioned, I'll drop the rating bacause of the ridiculous prices being charged for very average goods. Lastly, another rating drop for thin walls - I'm certain that others have had quiet stays here as they stated in their reviews but I can only assume they were lucky enough to have nobody staying on either side of them, or above, or below, or across the hall from them. We could hear every bodily function of the people around us in the adjacent rooms - and there were many.
