Not very suitable for a winter stay: the radiators only went off at 10pm so the concierge gave me an extra space heater to make it through the cold evening. When the central heating switched on, it made a lot of noise which woke me up multiple times during the night. On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff at the reception was really lovely. The street downstairs is a little bit sketchy - I wouldn't recommend it to those travelling solo.

The staff was wonderful! Juliette in particular was such a delight. Though the room’s are little, they were clean & comfortable - all we needed really! The central location was really ideal. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
