It was one of the best stay I've had and was strategically located to every where l needed to be for work and fun 10 mins walk to Chinatown and the financial district was an added fun .lots of bars and lounges around too. The service.of staff was to photch and I particularly enjoyed and looked forward to break fast.

A beautiful and grand hotel. Spotlessly maintained. Great service. A good downtown location. I would’ve given five stars, but the Wi-Fi barely worked for the duration of my stay. I fruitlessly explored the hotel for areas that might work better. You’ve gotta do a little better in 2024.

We've stayed here a few times now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. It seems as if every single person on the staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. The room is cleaned and restocked each day with fresh towels. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside, too. This is a great hotel that makes you feel like you spent way more than you did.
