Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. My room was small but comfy and had some essentials included, there was no a/c but it had a fan so it was nice. Felt very safe as well and there were lots of delicious restaurants nearby. There is no parking on site but there is a parking garage very near.
They also always have flavor water, sparkling water, coffee and teas available 24/7 which was so nice.
Awesome hotel, would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Stayed here once about four years ago. On the second to last morning around 6 am, the SWAT team descended on the lobby to take someone out. It was one of the craziest hotel experiences I've had. Good luck!

Gostamos bastante! Famoso bom custo benefício. Localização excelente, quartos limpos e staff agradável. Não tem café da manhã mas tem água em baixo de graça .

Thanks for the stay in San Francisco.I had a very comfortable stay. Good restaurants are close by and the BART station is close by.

The facility has been renovated and the rooms are clean and reasonable enough for one person. Except for the low flow of water in the showers.
