Having travelled from Australia to LA and planing to drive up to San Fran for one night for the warriors game that was postponed, we were so devastated to have cancel our stay and trip.

We were totally prepared to write off the money we had spent in the room, however to then be whacked with a “cancellation fee” of US$160 is genuine corporate greed and it is disgusting.

There was no loss for Hotel Triton, we’d already paid for the room - so the $160 fee made absolutely no sense.

I am very disappointed by this, I will never book a stay here again.
