Nice stylish room with services. The staff were lovely and clever. The location is okay, close to the moscone conference center and subway station. The gym was always empty with a good variety of exercise machines.

This hotel security was outright racist towards me, I was casually standing in the pavement outside of the hotel door waiting for my bus (Jan 10th 4:30pm 2024). The hotel security staff continuously made derogatory remarks against me wanting me move away because they don’t want an Indian guy with an ugly sweater near their place. Goes to show what kind of people run this place.

Service and communication is 0/5. We needed to check out early which we told them upon check in and they said they will charge us an early check out fee. Their reservation line said there was no fee upon early check out and to just let the front desk know. However, the phone lines for the front desk weren’t even working. I emailed them and they were unwilling to cooperate and would not tell me how much the early check out fee would be.

I was just needed a place to sleep so I can't comment on the emenities or lack thereof. The bed was very comfortable, the decor modern, the bathroom modern and clean. The hallways are dark and a bit of a maze, but I kind of liked how this lent to the subdued and quiet atmosphere. Front desk was friendly enough. The nightly rate is actually around 170 after fees and taxes. Worth it I think just for the bed and quiet.

I was pickpocketed trying to eat at the restaurant at this hotel and the staff wouldn’t do anything to help me.
