这家历史悠久的酒店坐落在一座建于 1906 年的老房子里，现已按现代风格重新装修。其风格优雅，但不失木质地板的质感。Le salon est très agréable, les chambres sont assez petites mais cosy.它坐落在联合广场（Union Square）和 MUNI、BART 等地铁站的几步之遥，但靠近 Tenderloin，这也让它的价格在今年有所下降。工作人员非常专业和热情。小食、午餐和晚餐可在意大利酒吧烧烤区享用。

CATASTROPHIQUE ET HORRIBLE
A mon arrivée on m'a demandé une caution de 500 dollars ce qui n'était pas prévu et écris sur booking. j'avais réservé et payé une suite et j'ai eu une chambre petite et vétuste et sale avec une odeur spéciale pour 4 personnes le ménage a était mal fait . Je précise il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre il fait très froid. Le ménage n'a jamais était fait sur un séjour de 7 jours. Il faut demandé le papier toilette à l'accueil. Le veilleur de nuit de l'hôtel se permet de débiter sans autorisation de l'argent sur mon compte bancaire. le manager et la responsable sont au courant mais non rien fait. Le 31 décembre on m'a demandé de signé un document pour débiter sur mon compte bancaire 500 dollars par nuit hors taxe et 250 dollars si on salit la chambre bien sur j'ai refusé. Je vous conseille d'aller dans un autre hôtel plus respectable , à cause de ces conditions irrespectueuses j'ai du écourté notre voyage. Il n'ont pas trouver une solution malgré les mail envoyé et les demande que j'ai faite . je ne recommande pas cette hôtel.

I was disappointed in my stay. We were put in a tiny king room with no bedside table (needed for my cpap, and all other rooms have the tables) and the solution they provided was an old stained folding chair. Our sheets had holes in them, carpets had stains. splatters on the walls. This area of San Fran has gone down hill in the past years, homeless, drug use etc. runs rampant in the area, first day a homeless man was body slammed and pepper sprayed outside the hotel, next day a naked lady suffering from some sort of mental illness rolling around on the ground just a few steps from the door. I would not recommend this hotel or this area of town. stay towards fishermans wharf....

The hotel room was pretty exaggerated in the description, including the fact that there would be robes in the room. Essentially, the room was just a big bed in an extremely small space so when opening a luggage bag it’s practically impossible to move around. It was mostly clean but definitely had previous guests’ hair in more than one place and there was some unknown debris on the pillows. On top of that, the room had a distinct odd smell that actually kept me from sleeping the first night. Perhaps it was from the window air conditioner (which seems inefficient in a location that generally tries to be green). It was nice that they give you a bottle of wine and a couple of snacks. And the front desk was generally friendly until the morning of our checkout when the man was clearly not polite. I wouldn’t stay again but if you’re looking for merely a place to crash that’s close to some shopping and easy to get to restaurants, I’d say give them a try.

Wonderful little hotel, staff super professional and courteous, place super safe no matter the location, the area is safe and extremely clean, close to any kind of transportation, beds are amazing, coffee in the mornings delicious all good!! will be back for sure!!!
