We enjoyed and loved every second at Hotel Zoe. The staff, every single one of them made it such a pleasant stay. Treat everyone with kindness and you’ll receive the same in return. They’re so humble. Very helpful. So many amenities free to guests. Great coffee offered to guests in the mornings. Bikes on the site. Parking garage & valet. Rooms were a good size. We enjoyed everything here. Kid friendly. Beautiful decor. Free newspaper in the mornings. We got a copy of the eclipse. Amazing. Thank you thank you. S’mores offered in the lobby at a certain time yesssss.

Completely inflexible regarding a reservation made months in advance that had to be called off due to a change in dates they could not accommodate. Do not recommend.

The staff were very nice and the location of the hotel is fantastic. Unfortunately, that is about all of the positives. The rooms are very noisy. We paid for an upgraded "King Corner Suite" and were assigned room 215. This room was directly above the restaurant and bar with loud music and bass till late at night. The room is also bordered by two busy streets. The window latches are broken and the windows do not seal completely. People talking on the street below sounded like they were inside our room. All the smoking smells came into our room. All of this added to very noisy and difficult evenings. The closet door was also broken in our room and the door fell onto our daughter when she tried to open it. The amenity fee is just a total money grab, there is no real benefits offered to justify this fee. Just charge one price for the cost and stop with the added fees.
