The staff was helpful and friendly and amazing from the front door to the staff that cleaned our room. Great job guys keep up the good work

I have not stayed here, but my son a daughter-in-law stayed for there 20th wedding anniversary, and my sons 40th birthday. I wanted to do something special and have a gift basket or something in there room. I called the hotel and they put me in contact with Joanna from concierge. What a wonderful experience. She put together the most amazing package. She worked with me, gave me ideas, hand wrote in cards for me. She went above and beyond. My son and daughter in law loved it. Said it made them feel special. Thank you Hotel Zepyr and especially Joanna!!!!

This is a scam! It is supposed to be four star hotel(at least they charge like one) but it might be just a 2 star hotel. I stayed for 1 night in this hotel , instantly regretted it and changed to Holiday inn express and suites.
I ordered a king bed room with a balcony, this room was so shabby, please look at the pictures below. On top of that they have too many hidden charges. It started with 134 dollars but I ended up paying 298 dollars ,they had all sorts of tourist charges , hotel charges and then nail on the coffin was amenities charges. When I asked what amenities? I literally paid for the room and the hotel, the front desk person told me(it was for the COMPlIMENTARY water bottles ( two 500cc water bottles which you get 20 bottles for 3 dollars , which they give you at the counter saying it’s complimentary and then for the electricity, water that we use during the stay, using the game room) I was like “what the fudge do you even mean by that?!!”
The room was so shabby with door in such a bad condition, they literally had sth like shoe lace hanging out of the lamps in the room. The balcony was a joke! Please look at the pictures below and decide if you want to pay that crazy money to stay in 2 star hotel which claims to be four star with below than average amenities. Honestly I was so happy to shift to Holiday inn express and suites which is a 3 star hotel. Rooms were much better, cleaner, they served good breakfast and had valet parking in the same price.

房間乾淨，地點方便，一樓遊戲空間頗大，有免費的過濾水、咖啡、茶可以使用，可以領點心棉花糖在中庭用火坑烤棉花糖
Only disappointment was the reception lady which was no help at all in finding a solution for my credit card which refused the depot transaction. Full stay was already paid for!
This was a huge stress after a long flight, I wish she would have been more helpful (she wasn't at all).
