Made a reservation for outdoor dining, they would not seat us outdoors because they said it was all reserved for a private party. Maybe tell us that when we made the reservation instead of promising us an outdoor table.

You go here for the atmosphere. The food is good, the service is good. But for the premiere location and spot, it could all be better. That said, the atmosphere is top notch: great lighting, comfortable seating, right on the wharf.

Beware! Booked my table one week in advance for my wife's Birthday, asked for a table with a view. Upon arrival we were told to sit in the entrance as our table was not ready, 15 minutes later and we were never even offered a drink they said our table was ready. They seated us by a staircase next to the restrooms without a view, we asked to be moved to a table by a window and were told they were all reserved. It took another 20 minutes before our drink order was taken so a total of 35 minutes had passed before we were offered a drink and another 10 minutes before they arrived. Dinner was average however my wife's steak was ordered medium and arrived raw. We returned it and it came back 15 minutes later well done! Her lobster was over cooked as well and they were told and no recompense was made to us or even an apology. For the price they charged us for four people $540 you would expect much better service and defiantly better food. The server was non attentive and indifferent to our situation and after writing a note to the manager and handing it to him with my cell phone number on it and asked him to call me the next day to discuss the incident , he never called. They are only interested in your money and don't care about return service. Beware before booking, I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to any one.
