They tricked us into the cannelloni dish without even a sheet of pasta. It was a slice of cheese covering the tomato but there was not even a cannelloni. We told the waiter and he told us that it was another type of cannelloni from Italy (non-existent I understand) and when we went to go he told us the truth that the boss had told him that there were no cannelloni. Please, it is better to be honest from the beginning, say that you don't have that dish and not leave your clients with that unpleasant feeling.

Gracious but glacial service because it’s good food , not fast food;

While waiting , take in the scene : trailing vapors of airplanes in clear blue skies, birds flying high as the church bells toll for all souls ; Listen to the cafe’s Folk/R&B/Soul music that is piped to the outdoors area where I park myself with a book and order a local craft beer with a basket focaccia bread. Friendly service from Eviah and Berra and Damien. For vegetarians, best is breaded eggplant or vegan pizza ! Also great is Mario’s salad - generous portions!

Their bathroom deserves the sobriquet , water closet. It needs to be updated.

Best tiramisu in town

My sister was visiting in town and I really wanted to take her here. Unfortunately I came after they closed. They were kind enough to give us a slice to go. I was ready to tip 100% but they said their cashier was closed so they gave it to us for free. The type of service that will keep us come back.

One of the best in SF. Classic, coffees and drinks are all I ever enjoy here. Atmosphere is uniquely SF, service is prompt, friendly, cocktails and beers, also wine are excellent. May it last forever, an afternoon here is to be savored, forever.

カウンターの席があったので一人でも過ごしやすかったです。店員さんはテキパキと対応してくれます。料理も美味しかった。カフェとしての利用から、ランチ、ディナーと活躍してくれそうなお店です。公園の目の前にあるので場所もグッド。

Nightmare service from a young, red-headed “server” named Evia. I’ve been a long term patron of Mario’s and I’m absolutely horrified at how bad my experience was. Sadly, will not be returning.

- Discovered awesome Graffeo coffee here, which is like the ones in Italy.
- The foccia bread sandwich is good and fuss free, simple.
- The Glutten free cake is good too.
The ambiance transports you to a different era, friendly and smiling service inspite of being super busy.
