You don't see Japanese people eating here. Very hit-and-miss, but it's simply an expensive fast food sushi place. People seem to confuse quantity with quality. At this price point around $50/person to stuff yourself, if that is your aim, the sushi is usually slapdash, falling apart, and discolored. I ordered a hamachi nigiri that was broken, second piece was two small pieces stacked, and made by I'm assuming the busboy. The rice was square. $50 buys a lot of meal/person made with heart by real chefs elsewhere in town.

I came from out of town for a wedding and stumbled upon this place when searching for good uni to try. This spot is marvelous! Everything is so clean. The options are delicious. Such fresh flavors and the prices are well worth it for that experience. I was blown away! I hope to be back in the future because this was a delight ????
