It’s almost necessary to take a mortgage out to afford the crab, but it’s definitely worth considering doing so. It’s last meal worthy!

Having fallen in love with this place in years past, our recent visit just felt a bit tragic to me. To make a long story short, both my wife and I received bad crab. My wife noticed hers right away: a distinct smell and grey-looking meat. The waiter took it away and replaced it. I was about halfway through when I noticed something off about my crab and took a whiff of it. Something smelled almost like ammonia to me. Would they have believed me, since I'd already eaten half of it?

Price: for one beer, one shared plate of garlic noodles, and two orders of bad roast crab: $245, including a 15% non-optional service charge (there was only the two of us).

I won't be back again, and that makes me sad.

$80 for a crab loaded with msg, wayyyy too salty. $15 for 5 mussels. That is oyster prices! The $15 garlic noodles was the quality of top ramen with a bunch of minced garlic thrown on top, quite bland. Service was good and atmosphere was fun.

As a Frisco native I've been a customer for over 20 years and the service, and quality of food are wonderful and consistent. The only thing that has changed are the portions of crab and noodles seem to be less than 2-3 years ago. I'm in town visiting this week, and will definitely be stopping by for the roast crab and noodles before I leave! I wish there was a Thang Long or Crustaceans in every major city ????????
