Classic old school joint where the staff is very attentive and the food is great. I had the scallops with risotto and the scallops were cooked perfectly.

This was the best place we visited in San Francisco the three days we were there. Food was amazing. I had the oysters Rockefeller and the Cioppino that was incredible. Service was fantastic. Next time I am in San Francisco I will be returning.

Have been going to Sam’s since I was a child. Recently brought a older lady friend of mine there for her birthday and she had never been. She since has been back five times as it’s her new favorite restaurant. Just love this place.
