There are other stores in Le Puy with hiking gear. I needed to buy poles for my Camino. I mistakenly bought them here, the first place I found. I bought the least expensive pair at 39,99. I later took off the price tag and found another price under it for 34.99. Why did they raise the price by 5 euro once in the store. They had a good selection of book with limited gear. If you need gear such as poles walk on.
