This was a great hotel! Great location, super modern, super clean! Phenomenal staff, Mike in particular was the best! He was very attentive and helped me in any way he could. I had a ton of packages with a work event and he went out of his way to help me. From finding them, to lending me a cart, to checking on me during the back and forth. He was great! The hotel was within walking distance from the casino which I loved and to Bourbon Street. Not super crowded and not terrible with traffic either. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed from Saturday morning until Tuesday evening and requested room service every single day of the day and no one came. We requested by phone to the front desk and to the housekeeping, directly in the hallway. Trash was overflowing and hotel was a mess. Never going back again.

Loved the location right across from convention center. Convenient to everything but far enough from the noise. Great bartenders at the bar and front desk very helpful.

We enjoyed our recent three night stay very much. My husband was attending a symposium at the hotel and I tagged along! I enjoyed the river walk and the giant outlet mall near by. The highlight for me was going to Cafe Du Monde to get coffee and beignets at the mall. For dinner, it was an easy walk to the French Quarters. I also enjoyed watching the cruise ships from the room.

I would like to thank the staff especially Holland from shipping and loss prevention. He helped me shipped my iPad back. He was kind and very helpful. I called from the airport Sunday afternoon and my iPAD was received the following Tuesday morning.

Location is great for boarding your Norwegian cruise. Hotel amenities weren’t the best. No coffee or continental breakfast in the lobby. Had to be a part of the M club to get anything. Starbucks attached to the hotel if you like that kind of thing.

Overall an excellent hotel with a top notch bar/bartenders and a killer bourbon list. Beware the cold showers, though.

Clean and away from the crowded area of New Orleans. Across from convention center and close to outlet walking distance. Street-car doesn’t work due to renovation. Share ride little wacky due to convention center designated location for pick up, best use Julia street corner for pick up.

If you are looking for a hotel very close to the cruise port, this is the one for you! It is located close to the convention center. Actually, right across the street. Only a 5 min drive to the port for a cruise like on Celebrity, Norwegian, Carnival, or Disney.

My only complaint is that their restaurant doesn't have any kid friendly options. We were very surprised and had to dine elsewhere because of it. The M club was nice and kept us full of snacks.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My iPad was stolen from my room. After looking through reviews on this hotel, it seems that theft is an issue with their staff, but no one wants to address it. They didn't care at all. Ridiculous.

My wife and I went down to New Orleans to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed at the Marriott in the warehouse district. We have stayed at many hotels, and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. Not only was the hotel amazing but the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend special. From the upgrades to the specialized note and chocolate. There is no doubt if we ever come back we are staying here. We want to give a special shout out to Freshawne’ and the whole staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We are forever grateful.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick trip to New Orleans for our 10 year anniversary. Brittany at check in was great. She found us a room upgrade as well as complimentary king cake at check in. This our second time staying here and wont be our last. Excellent service, location and hospitality.
