My wife and I were incredibly disappointed with our check in process. Despite booking in advance, we were made to wait a staggering five hours for our room upon arrival. To make matters worse, when we finally received our room, it was not the one we had originally reserved and the view was facing a brick building. The lack of communication and organization from the staff was deeply frustrating. We expected better service and accommodation for our status we have with Marriott. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Although my rating is confined to the appearance and vibe of the Lobby area, including the cute restaurant and great bar, first impressions here mean a great deal when hosting out-of-town groups, which they seem to do with the kind of easy style we'd expect - but still appreciate - in NOLA!

Super lokalizacja do zwiedzania nola i to tyle plusów. pokoje raczej średnie. za ponad 200$ za noc oczekiwałbym trosze lepszego standardu. poza tym głośno no i ten falszywy alarm pożarowy w środku nocy...

Staff was very nice and accommodating, stayed there before our Disney Cruise and they help make the trip a magical experience. We would gladly stay there again.
