Loved everything about this hotel!!. I did a quick overnight trip. The location is very convenient to all the hot spots. I had a couple of questions and each time I went to the front desk I received exceptional customer service. Maya & I believe the other person was named Adrienne, They were both very accommodating and patient. Other staff members were equally pleasant. All the staff members I encounter were fun an willing to assist. I will definitely return.

My first time staying at this property. Loved my stay here. They have a nice executive lounge for elite members. Rooms are modern with enough usb ports next to your bed.

Location is very convenient and walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants.

Overall a great stay and recommend this to all my fellow business travelers.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly; however, the restaurant options were a big disappointment. I ended up purchasing a pass to the Executive Lounge, because everyone was in there at breakfast and no one was in the regular restaurant. I take that as a bad sign for a restaurant. But the pastries were not fresh, the eggs were undercooked and they were out of coffee. I couldn't find an attendant anywhere. Ending up eating with plastic utensils. This is not the level you'd expect at a J.W. Marriott.

Right off of bourbon, the hotel was exactly what I’d expect from a JW, and the concierge was 5 star!

Great location for the hotel and updated amenities make it a great option when staying in NOLA. I used the JW during the most recent Mardi Gras. The location right next to the parade route made it a breeze to walk out into the festivities. Great customer service during the check in process and a well-stocked concierge lounge.

If you want to stay in a central location off Canal Street and be walking distance to most New Orleans tourist attractions, this is a great place! You may even get a room with an incredible city view!

The rooms were clean and the elevator was never too long of a wait. The gym is fantastically large, complete with several Peloton bikes! The concierge offered us wonderful options for a business lunch we came for.

The service at the entrance and front desk were nothing short of exceptional. We unfortunately had a belligerent neighbor guest, which Stephanie and her team at the front were able to do everything to help remedy. They quickly swapped out rooms for us and took diligent notes on the situation.

Overall, the hotel is great for its location and quality of service.

We would have preferred transparency about the construction happening next to the steakhouse from the Canal Street entrance prior to booking. The Bonvoy App is misleading on that temporary obstruction. Looking forward to visiting once the renovation project is finished.
