HILTON NEW ORLEANS / ST. CHARLES AVENUE ^{* * * *}

Five stars - excellent experience here staying during French Quarter Fest for a girl's trip. The location is convenient for walking around and enjoying the city, with mini marts nearby and also food items downstairs in the lobby. The lobby is beautiful and sparkling clean, I love all the preserved historic details. We went out exploring several times by car and walking and thought it was a very accessible location.

The room was extremely clean, and the maid came every day to clean (including making the bed, mopping the floors and little touches like making a rosette with the facial tissue), which is a rarity nowadays as many hotels no longer offer daily cleaning.

Front desk staff (young man with short curly hair), and Chris and Delwin are both extremely great bellboys/security staff. They were quick with the key cards to open up for us, and were always willing to provide directions or help with anything. I have stayed in many Hiltons and this was the best service ever.

We felt safe knowing you had to have a key card to get in the building. The community coffee down in the lobby in the morning was also something nice to have, along with a microwave in lobby to warm up anything you may want. There is a small fridge, coffee maker, and safe in the room.

We didn't get room service from Luke's Restaurant downstairs, but it was a very popular option and it was nice to know some tasty food could be had if we had chosen.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Only stayed for one night. The room was spacious with a decent sized bed, But this was about the extent of it. Had to Wake up early to a cold shower with low water pressure in my room even when on full blast.

Great hotel and staff was super friendly and attentive. The hotel staff sent a gift and card to our room in celebration of our 23rd wedding anniversary. Great hospitality and central location to everywhere I needed to go

Excellent location and close to everything. Their service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The attention of their employees was excellent. A cozy hotel that we will visit again.
