Valerie was good at the front desk but the other staff were not very helpful. I requested twice for housekeeping to fix the soap and lotion dispenser to no avail plus I had no complimentary check in water bottles in rooms. Had to ask twice for additional towels after the 1st day

CoCo and Sharron were very accommodating. Their professionalism and willingness to meet our needs was impactful. Their involvement went a long way in making our experience pleasant. They were able to handle our complicated reservation changes without issue and in a very warming manner. Very grateful for their high level of customer service.

Rooms & conference space a little small, and there was a roach in the lobby, but other than that not too bad.
