Great location, room clean, missing refrigerator beside that everything was great

Room had mold in shower and the wall paper was peeling. TV was not a smart TV so could not sign into Netflix. Only valet parking. We had to find someone whenever we needed our car cause there didnt seem to be anyone around monitoring the valet

Waited nearly 2 hours for our room to be available. I was given keys that didn’t work 3 separate times, and on the 3rd time I was given keys to another guest’s room. The staff did not seem to care too much as I went up and down the elevator with my luggage cart 4 times. Not sure I was even offered an apology.

The location is great which is the main reason I booked this hotel and have done so in the past. I’ve had bizarre issues here in the past but I was willing to give it another try (credit card machines not working, double queen room instead of a king).

The rooms do not meet the expectations to the price you pay in my opinion. They're definitely more than adequate but they could use a good renovation. The televisions seemed like they were standard definition quality which was very bizarre to see in hotel at this price. WiFi was good for me.

Keep an eye on your final bill. They’ll probably have extra charges you weren’t aware of. I was triple charged for parking. I was assured some fees would be waived for all the inconveniences, but they all remained on the final bill. $50 a night for valet parking feels very steep but at least you know your vehicle is in a garage without public access.

The bartenders were friendly and the bar has a nice happy hour menu. Luckily I was able to grab a seat while I waited over an hour for my room to be ready.

Still not the worst stay I’ve had, you can’t beat the location but I’m sure there are better options in the downtown terms of updated amenities and price. If you’re looking for a premium experience unfortunately I’d look elsewhere.

Close to the French quarter, the convention center, and lots of good food.
They have a restaurant with breakfast in the morning and a lovely lobby. Great for business travel.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff, convenient to everything!!

We stayed at Lowes before and after our cruise out of New Orleans. It was our first time in New Orleans and I am glad we didn't stay on Bourbon Street. We were close enough to see the attractions but far enough away to have a quiet hotel stay. Omar and AJaya were very pleasant in the lobby, as were the bellmen. A few of the other staff were not as friendly. The waitress at the bar was great! We had one dinner in the restaurant and the waitress made us feel like we were an inconvenience but the bartender served us the following night and was completely opposite!

This place is top notch! Location is wonderful! You are in the heart of New Orleans without the noise of being in the Quarter. The service is impeccable! Omar at the front desk has been such a huge help and beyond friendly! Every staff member assisting us with our meeting has just astounded me with their humor and kindness. Josh from AV! Anthony from banquets! We could not be happier with this property.

We are here for a work related event, and this is such a beautiful spot! The view is amazing

Great stay few hiccups, but over all nice stay.

Stayed their for the first 3 nights of our Roadtrip form NOLA to MIAMI. It was the perfect onset. All the major sights and things to do are in walking distance. The Rooms are clean, spacious and we had a great view from the window. The breakfast place across the street (Mother`s) is also worth a visit.

Nice quaint feel. Shannon, Desk staff and Eric (?) Bell person were fantastic. Walkability to good eats and tour pick up good. Shannon mentioned complimentary water in room but when we arrived there was none. I called down and young woman assured me there was no complimentary water available. PeriodT. At same time housekeeping was bringing towels and I mentioned the issue in which the gentleman dropped the towels off and returned with water. Seems like no big deal but when one is paying an additional $49 a night to park a car...those little things make me feel appreciated as a guest.

This is a lovely hotel! We enjoyed the room (bed was very comfortable) and the view, as well as the elegant lobby. The location is stellar, also, with many restaurants, sights, and the convention center an easy walk away.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovations.

Enjoyed our stay here and having that indoor pool was so great for the kids. Would stay here again as it was close to everything Nola including some great restaurants.

Mega Lage am French Quarter

I remember when this property opened. It was considered a luxury hotel. Sadly, those days seem to be over. The interior and rooms are quite dated, maybe even original. The staff seems to be either confused or complacent about common requests.

The Presidential Suite was not clean prior to arrival which placed a damper on our vacation. The staff didn't seem to think this was a problem.

We had a great experience at Loews Hotel. The staff was very personable and professional.

Our family takes a family trip down here every couple of months . Our first visit we experienced a few issues such as mildew smells, wet carpet which was horrible with a crawling toddler, and a lost rental car key because of Valet . Although we experienced this, we decided to give it a try again because from other Loews properties we frequent at we are normally pretty satisfied . This one by far has to be the worst one . We love the bar and dining area and the service there was great but room and hospitality wise it continues to lack . We had no hot water for a shower , no WiFi in rooms (we work from home ). For the money spent, we are very much so disappointed.

Stayed here for 5 nights for a business trip. The location is great in terms of reaching out to central places. The crew was overall friendly but rooms were too old fashioned and could use a better cleaning. The toilet and bathroom wasnt properly sanitized.

Loews New Orleans is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff and great location.

I stayed for three nights in March 2024. My room was spacious, clean, comfy and quiet. All the staff were super nice. About a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter, an easy walk to/from but none of its raunchy stuff. 10 minute walk to the convention center. Nice nearby no-reservation restaurants. The 24/7 fitness room is great and the lap pool is awesome. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay and close to all attractions.

Room quality does not match Hotel quality/expectations

Room was nice, bed comfortable. You pay additional parking fees of $49.00 per night. AC wasnt the greatest and phone charging port did not work. Refrigerator door would not open. For the amount you pay for a room, you would expect better service. If they could do a little maintenance this would be a nice stay.
