Hotel Staff were mixed. There was a Conference on but the Bell Desk didn't know where. Bar and restaurant staff and food fine. Hotel slightly dated. TV was 10 years out of time. Hilton Central Reservations were appalling. I wasted over two hours trying to change my departure date. I gave up. Went back to the Hotel and Desk resolved in under 5 minutes. Hilton isn't what it was.

An incredible stay! Dining at Drago's and more! We attended a conference and were so pleased with everything that Hilton did to make the event unforgettable. Look forward to another event soon! Thank you!

Place was huge and beautiful! Service was hands down best in nola! Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Room service food was sweet baby jesus good!

Good venue, but earlier I. The week I stayed at the Canopy up the street and on balance found the less worn appliances and room conditions nicer. Nothing negative about this Hilton.
