I was charged $50 for valet parking and a week later I received an $85 ticket alleging my car was in the parking garage for over 18 hours without paying.
Multiple phone and email contacts with the hotel were made with no resolution, despite all of the evidence, including my invoice from the hotel clearly showing that I paid for valet parking.
I will not be staying at the Westin again, and will discourage anyone else from patronizing it, especially if driving into New Orleans and needing parking.
