Great location. it's in walking distance for a lot of fun and interesting locations if you're visiting for Mardi Gras.

What an incredibly pleasant surprise! The entire hotel has been renovated. 14 ft ceilings made the room look very glamorous. We will definitely be back

The Inn provides a hotel experience for a half the price. I will say it was really easy and convenient to have booked with them. Overall I’d rate my time there a 2.5 - 3 experience. There are rooms all over the building, including the guest entry where staff are positioned - it felt like I had no real privacy hearing staff work, and guest checking in and out. The room was okay but there were a few dead moths all around the room, and a pile in the in an unflushed toilet :/ that was kind of unsightly but I made do. I and other guests (as I overheard) were there during the Beyonce show so it would’ve been nice for there to be some sort of communal area for guests to mingle aside from the outdoor benches.

These guys are major crooks. I booked a room that was fully cancellable and I had to cancel within the cancellation time frame and these morons refused to refund my deposit. Thank goodness I booked through Travelocity and they took care of refunding me. Avoid this place.
