This hotel is in a nice area of NOLA right on the trolley path in the garden district - they have a decent continental breakfast. Room was nice with good maid service , my only thing was where we stayed on the second floor the hallway had weird musty , curry smell. But the only time you could smell it is when you got off or on the elevator

Great stay of one night. The room and hallway are well maintained but look very outdated. The wall mount ac could be loud. Included breakfast is decent. All in all great experience. Would recommend.

They left a comment to keep their reputation but I received nothing at all so eventually I have to say do NOT stay here unfortunately.
They charge hidden cleaning fee without notifying at the reservation. Not only this, they updated their property information on Expedia right after I raised this problem and never admited this point. Through this experience, I can say it's not trustworthy management at all points.
As for the hotel property itself, a small fridge made strange noise all the night and I couldn't sleep well.

I was only in Superior Grill & not the hotel.
The Mexican Food is OK. The Margaritas ???? are very good. Their Guacamole is fresh with a good kick.

First, yes parking is included. However, when it is full, you have to park a block away in the hospital parking where there is no gate like at the hotel. We also had issues with the toilet, even after a staff member came to fix it. The staff at the front desk could definitely be friendlier (the cleaning staff was lovely). A nice, personable staff would have made a huge difference in the experience.
