Hotel is located a half a block off Bourbon St convenient to all restaurants, bars and the riverfront but with a nice courtyard. We had a room on the courtyard side with balcony and did not have any noise issues at all. The room was very clean, nicely updated, and roomy. I would have rated a 5 but the bed and seating were not very comfortable. Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was one of the best meals we had. Staff was very friendly and always greeted us. We would definitely stay here again if returning.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating, loved our room with a balcony on the street. Highly recommend for a great centrally located French Quarter experience.

This hotel's location could not have been more convenient for explorations of the French Quarter and Jackson Square! We had easy walks to day and nighttime activities, and the staff's attentiveness, kindness, and competence were second-to-none. The rate was excellent, as well, especially for a room so close to the action. The only negative - and this is minor - was evidence of a little wear-and-tear around the edges (some peeling wallpaper, a few paint issues and the like) that weren't dealbreakers by any means but took just a touch of the shine off the place. Overall, highly recommend this property and its amazing staff!

Right in the middle of all the good stuff! The room was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2024. Location was ideal...close to many locales we frequent but also convenient for arranging transportation to/from airport and outside the French Quarter. Room are lovely, beds comfortable, excellent coffee/snack shop, and anxious to try their restaurant on my next trip. Will definitely be back.
