ONE11 HOTEL

Wonderful hotel! Great location, beautiful and clean rooms, and friendly staff! We stayed in the King room and it’s nice and roomy.

We picked One11 since it was a relatively new hotel and close to the French Quarter. We had a good stay. The rooms are modern and clean. The Launge are was nice and quiet. We did not have any food, only drinks in the downstairs bar/restaurant. The service was good. There is also a terrace with great views of the river and the French Quarter on the 8th floor.
The only complaint is that the front desk folks were somewhat aloof. One of quirks of the hotel is that they service the rooms only when asked. We asked for service one day when leaving the hotel late morning and we were told that we had missed the cut-off time for asking for service. Given that this is a tourist destination, we were expecting a little more attention and more guidance/information from the hotel team.
Overall, we would still recommend it given its location and given that everything is still new.

Great new boutique hotel next to the Mississippi River. Locted in the French Quarter. Walking distance to great restaurants, Bourbon Street it's a great place to relax and enjoy New Orleans.
