We stayed here because our flight got cancelled and the hotel was super clean, everyone was friendly and the location was prime. This place is definitely a must and I believe the service was well above that of your standard luxury hotel chains. We usually stay in airbnbs but this hotel made us possibly reconsider that in the future.

We have been to New Orleans many times and stayed in a variety of places. One11 is a relatively new space and was absolutely perfect. The history of the building was so cool and we loved the use of the old sugar mill. Location and amenities were exactly as needed. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. It felt like home. The bar and restaurant are both beautiful. To have everything within walking distance made all the difference. I highly recommend this spot.

Hotel is great and clean staff is friendly. My biggest complaint is the Continental breakfast. Do NOT pay for it, as it is minimal at best just a plate of fruit and a few breads for$15. Otherwise everything else was great and it is within walking distance from all of the main attractions.
