Really friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. Rooftop pool is a game changer. Stumptown coffee in the lobby coffee shop.

Bathroom sink clogged and not fixed during my entire stay of 4 days, even though I communicated the issue to the front desk immediately.
Too dark room, difficult to see inside cabinets/wardrobe.
Snacks not replenished.
No "Do not disturb" tag available.
Clean and spacious room. My room was silent, but a friend stayed in another room that was really noisy because it was close to the elevator.

Everything was not too bad except that...
1. Chromecast wasn't working with the iPhone and we were told that because its the weekend nothing much could be done as this is an issue with the service provider.
2. Hotel's website had a dubious link which led to an unsecured platform - we informed front desk about this
3. Strange to not have small spoons available in the room aside from the cups and glassware
On the plus side..
1. Bathroom toiletries were a refreshing blend that was very relaxing and soothing
2. There was also an old school record player that was working along with some very nice jazz records made available
