铺着桌布的餐桌摆放在草坪上，傍晚时分，海湾的美景尽收眼底。巴勒莫主厨 Nunzio Tomasello 提供美味的 "crudi "拼盘，以及两份大胆的菜单："Cala Luna "和 "La Rocca"，"Cala Luna "以海鲜为主，"La Rocca "则以肉类和西西里岛最优质的食材为主。典型的西西里焖肉又被重新演绎，而意大利面条 à la Norma 2.0 则配以烟熏茄子、乳清干酪、杏仁和炒番茄。最后，开心果冻糕堪称一绝。一桌精致的美食。

Location: spettacolare giardino con vista sul mare e promontorio di Cefalú, atmosfera rilassante grazie a luci e musica appropriate, cucina a vista meravigliosa.
Servizio: impeccabile, personale mai di troppo ma sempre presente ed esaustivo.
Menú: pochi piatti studiati e ricercati che regalano sempre qualcosa di unico, dall'accostamento delle consistenze a quello dei sapori che spesso sorprendono il palato in modo positivo.
Particolarmente interessante l'amuse-bouche e la mini-pasticceria finale che lo chef ci ha fatto pervenire con una dedica personale per il nostro anniversario (una gentilezza molto apprezzata).
Prezzo proporzionato all'esperienza.
Prevedo una stella michelin a presto in arrivo...sarebbe mertitata.
This is our 3rd time staying in Le Calette hotel and always had a great experience. The restaurant has changed chef (Dario Pandolfo) and menu this year and we were really curious of the new experience.
We were celebrating our engagement from that day!
The food was really great, the flavors and presentation by the chef was beautiful and amazing. The team led by the chef is bringing the flavors of Sicily to the table and also gives you little surprises during the dinner.
You are paying fot the complete experience of flavors, presentation, service and atmosphere. Great if you are celebrating something.
