I booked this hotel for my parents and they insisted me to write this review.
There is nothing to say about the rooms and locations: excellent as you can expect. Yet, I would like to emphasize the amazing service and help we received from the staff, the front desk (Julia if we remember the name correctly) and the manager. Our train is scheduled to depart at the night of checking-out and they generously offer us to stay in one of their rooms after checking-out until the midnight for free. What a caring and lovely gesture! This is the very first time we have experience after traveling across a dozens of countries with numerous 5-star hotels.

Stopped by at the lobby bar during our trip in Taormina and Salvatore was amazing! He was incredibly courteous and provided the best service while we were there. All our drinks were tasty and his recommendations were on point.

Inviting, gracious and kind hospitality even during the offseason. The studio suite had incredible panoramic views and the staff members I met were incredibly welcoming to the pets I travel with. Would absolutely stay again during the spring or summer when all the amenities are available.
La struttura è immersa nel verde ed ogni ambiente è molto curato.
La stanza classica, anche se dotata di un piccolo balcone con vista nel giardino, dava la possibilità di ammirare anche uno splendido scorcio sul mare.
Stanza in perfette condizioni, dotata di ogni confort, pulita e silenziosa.
Colazione ricca e tutto di ottima qualità, con tante varietà di dolci (anche di cibi salati!) frutta fresca e spremuta fresca di arancia!
Da aggiungere la professionalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale che è sempre molto attento e premuroso e viene incontro alle tue richieste.
Da ritornarci e da consigliare.
