Dans un grand jardin au-dessus de la mer, juste assez loin de la ville pour être au calme, cet établissement propose des studios de 2 à 3 personnes avec cuisine équipée, TV sur demande et ménage quotidien pour plus d'indépendance.Piscine en terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la baie, son plus bel argument.L'accueil francophone est très sympathique.Décoration sobre et méditerranéenne.Possibilité de B&B.Le petit déjeuner se prend sur une terrasse dominant Isola Bella.Une adresse rare qui vous tiendra à l'écart de l'agitation touristique.

Rooms are very old and lack comfort but service is kind and location is percent.

Sehr schöner Garten und tolle Aussicht. Schöner Pool. Die Zimmer könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen, insbesondere Bad und Küche. Ansonsten empfehlenswert hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung. Frühstück zweckmäßig, aber in Ordnung. Personal wirkt leider teilweise unmotiviert. Die Treppen zur Stadt sind mit Kind anstrengend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber machbar.

Overall seven star rating is what I would give for this villa where we stayed from.28.9.2023 to 8.10.2023 with a family gang of 15 persons..fully equipped for cooking, washing clothes, dish washing, ironing, rods for drying clothes, Aircon, heaters, oven, toasters, grill , with accessories like detergent powders, soaps, cooking oil, salt, sugar etc etc. You think of it amd you have it. We had a great Vacation amd family time.

My wife and I got the Junior Suite, which is a lovely apartment with a fantastic view on the sea. Couldn’t be more thankful for such unique spot. And also I appreciated the communication to book it directly with Costanza rather than through a booking website. Be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs to go to the historical downtown. But it is a great opportunity to admire the scenery and digest the food from those local restaurants recommended by Terra Rossa!

It’s an amazing hotel with really beautiful and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice. Spending a day by the pool and watching this view is a must.
I wish the rooms were a bit more modernised and a TV is needed.
