Ho soggiornato presso Duomo Suites & Spa per 3 notti e consiglio a pieno questa struttura. All’arrivo sono stata accolta da Valentina che, in maniera molto professionale e gentile, mi ha illustrato tutti i servizi offerti dall’hotel e mi ha fornito una cartina della città spiegandomi, in maniera dettagliata, quali fossero le principali attrazioni di Catania e come raggiungerle.
La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa e la pulizia impeccabile.
L’hotel offre una Spa dotata di vasca idromassaggio, bagno turno e sauna, su prenotazione.
Valentina si è occupata, inoltre, di prenotarmi un’escursione sull’Etna e a Taormina. Ringrazio tutto il personale per avermi fatto sentire a casa.

Incroyable moment au spa avec mon conjoint ! Nous avons privatisé le spa pour 1h suivi de 45 min de massage en duo, et quel bonheur. Personnel au petit soin, doux et cadre unique. Détente assurée.
Merci infiniment à l'équipe qui s'est mis à notre disposition et qui ont su nous satisfaire.

In pieno centro a Catania, ottimo per visitare la città.
Le camere hanno una originalità simpaticissima (i film), ma non sono particolarmente attrezzate, accoglienti e, sopratutto, non molto pulite.
Per la colazione non molta disponibilità, si può migliorare, ma forse è solo per il poco spazio dell'ambiente.
Servizio del personale ineccepibile (cortesia e disponibilità).
Il prezzo, per l'ospitalità provata, di circa 240 €/notte, non me lo fa consigliare.

The hotel was fine but I would not call it 4 stars. I also would emphasize it is more of a bed and breakfast and not hotel as there is not 24/7 check in or front desk service.

The room itself was ok. There was quite a bit of damage on the walls, and the shower head did not work so we were stuck with the hand held one. It’s also on a busy street. Which is fine, we stayed in a room on a very busy street in Palermo but the walls are thin and I heard massive amounts of screaming and yelling from outside all night. Unfortunately because the front desk stops working after 10 I could not request ear plugs. So make sure to bring ear plugs.

The service was fine. But again not 4 stars. When entering the hotel nobody helped us with our bags and instead stood there until we struggled to get inside.

I would likely just stay in an Airbnb, and don’t believe the cost is worth what you get at this hotel based on our experience.

Liked: The location is perfect - not a misnomer - it sits a block away from the piazza where the duomo sits. The area is lined with cafes and options for restaurants, pharmacy, and small grocery stores. The area is central and that is what you're paying for! The staff are very kind and helpful. Vanessa was really great and I'm forgetting the other lady's name but she was incredibly friendly and professional, too! The staff made it a great experience!
Disliked: Lots of stairs. There's a small elevator and it works out but the hotel has a unique layout and use of stairs. The parking lot is a bit hard to get to since the area is filled with one-way roads so you have to follow their instructions or else it’s easy to get lost.

Would recommend for the location, staff and room!
