The carbonara was just horrible. Barely ate half.
The main waiter was obviously annoyed people even came.
I dont get the reviews here. I was probably in a different restaurant.

Απίστευτες γεύσεις σε ένα τοπίο που σου ενισχύει τις απολαύσεις. Με προσωπικό με άποψη στη διαμόρφωση πρότασης στην απόλαυση. Και από δίπλα ο ενορχηστρωτής του καταστήματος. Ενθουσιώδης αλλά χωρίς δουλική ευγένεια. Δεν ντρέπομαι για τις παραπάνω θερμίδες που πήρα, σκέφτομαι ήδη το πότε ξανά....

Trattoria nel centro storico di Catania con pietanze della cucina tipica locale.

Tra le varie proposte ho scelto i maccheroni freschi alla catanese: pasta leggermente indietro di cottura (al centro erano rimasti leggermente crudi) e il condimento era spaziale. Appena portato il piatto in tavola emanava un profumo inebriante e poi mangiandola si sentivano tutti i sapori ben dosati. Non avendo mai assaggiato questo piatto non saprei paragonarlo ad altri, però molto buona.

Per quanto riguarda il personale, è stato molto cortese e attento al servizio.

In definitiva, lo consiglio!

Non sono riuscito ad assaggiare la loro cucina in quanto al nostro arrivo nessuno ci ha accolti, quindi abbiamo chiesto la disponibilità di un tavolo ma dopo 10 minuti di attesa senza nessuna risposta siamo andati via

Homey, authentic Sicilian family style restaurant. Excellent and kind service. First time trying horse meat and it was delicious. Not a tourist trap place. Saving this as a spot to come again!

Abbiamo fatto bene a fermarci in questo ristorantino !! Vi consiglio prima di iniziare di prendere un antipastino piccolo con delle cose tipiche siciliane davvero buone !! Poi abbiamo optato per un piatto di paccheri al pistacchio davvero eccezionale!!

Insomma lo consiglio vivamente !
In 2 abbiamo speso 38€, prezzo onestissimo per stare al centro di Catania.

We came late at night and felt like we weren't welcome . The owner or manager was in such a rush ..they started to dismantle everything around us . We felt like we should hurry up .. Next time you should say its too late sorry ..

Keine Empfehlung. Das Essen war günstig und die Atmosphäre gut. Aber die Qualität war weit unter dem Durchschnitt was die sizilianische Küche zu bieten hat. Ich verstehe die vielen Sterne nicht und die vielen Gäste, die dort waren. Es scheint Kooperationen mit Reiseführern zu geben...

One of the best trattoria in Catania.
Service was very good and food was excellent.
Don’t miss the antipasto buffet.
Weather permitting go to one of the “al fresco” tables on the rear of the restaurant and walk around a bit.

Buona cucina locale in un quartiere caratteristico e leggermente fuori dalla zona prettamente turistica. Consiglio: assaggiate la polpetta di cavallo.. una sorta di hamburger alla piastra davvero squisito.

Deliziosa trattoria nel cuore di Catania. Primi e secondi piatti veramente buoni! Location suggestiva. Personale rapido,cortese. Se passate da catania,tappa obbligatoria,se siete catanesi sappiate che qui potrete gustare qualcosa di tipico e sentirvi come a casa. Straconsiglio!

Peu de communication, nous avions réservé via la plateforme, nous n’avons pas eu droit au 20% comme annoncé . Seul restaurant en Sicile qui nous a fait payer les couverts 1,50 par personne. La nourriture est bonne mais le personnel est peu aimable.

Jolie terrasse sur une petite place à l anti des rues passantes et au calme ... ambiance musicale charmante ... les plats sont délicieux ... les quantités très bien servies et les prix tout à fait abordables . Le service est poli et gentil . Un restaurant d où l on ressort content et satisfait avec l envie d y revenir.

Restaurant très sympathique

Ce restaurant sur une petite place à l'écart de l’agitation, est à recommander. Le service est rapide, les plats sont savoureux (l’espadon grillé, un régal) et les prix sont corrects. L’ambiance est sympa.
