The staff is extremely helpful and kind! The receptionist as well as the personnel helping with the breakfast or cleaning, they were so kind, it was a pleasure to interact with them. We were also able to keep our luggage after checkout and to check in early, which was really appreciated!
Location is great, the hotel is right in the center, close to restos and 10 min walk from Ortegya island, which was our main reason for choosing it.
The downside (as it is an old palazzo we were told), is that rooms are very outdated, with doors not closing properly (for eg bathroom door was somehow bigger than the entrance and would obviously not close), the shower cord was hanged by the handle of the bathroom window, and many like this showing its need for repairs.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, mais le nécessaire est présent, l'accueil est chaleureux, la direction fait tout pour un agréable séjour. Je recommande.

Posizione davvero strategica, al top per visitare Siracusa! La camera è spaziosa e sicuramente confortevole ma il condizionatore non funzionava sul caldo e il risultato è stato che faceva un po’ freddo. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste! Il posteggio non è tra i più facili ma nelle vie laterali ad ogni ora c’è molto via vai e si trova. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Très bien situé (quasiment à Ortigia), ce petit établissement ravit les visiteurs par sa cour intérieure et la salle du petit-déjeûner.
Très charmant et accueil très aimable.
Parking à proximité.
