Well, you need to compare any pizza you eat with the Neapolitan one of course. I had pizza fritta (Gina), the filling was good enough and I was happy about it but the way it was fried felt more like an empanada (if you have that in mind) than a light fired pizza so it was too crunchy/hard. The service was simple which is totally fine and the atmosphere is just like a pizzeria which is totally fine. Overall a 3 out of 5 isn't bad for a pizzeria especially if it's not in Napoli. Just more to improve with time, my reviews are about food mainly so that's the main driving factor. Keep up the good work !
Last thing maybe €2.50 for 1L of water is overdoing it and €6.50 is just ok for the pizza fritta i mentioned but who am I to say ;)

Comi la pizza Giovanna y unas patatas fritas con agua. Los ingredientes fueron buenos pero la masa mejorable respecto a otras pizzerías de la zona. Poco cocida, con bordes muy gruesos a pesar de avisar previamente que no la quería con bordes gruesos. La respuesta fue que no atendían mi demanda y que la masa es así cuando supuestamente la pizza la hacen en el momento. A mí me pareció precongelada y tuve que dejar media pizza por los bordes. Luego me sorprendió pagar 2€ por el coperto en una pizzería sin mantel, sin atender mi demanda y sin ningún aperitivo junto a la bebida. No es un restaurante. Me parece un robo que cobre esta cantidad sin nada a cambio. Es una propina forzada que no se merece. En definitiva, un lugar mediocre
