I had originally booked to stay three nights but left after one.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as others have said in their reviews, and the location is great. The bathroom itself was clean, but I could smell mold/mildew coming from the vents and could see like buildup on the tiles on the floor around the sink.
The air conditioner is very weak, and there are no fans.
The outside area has a nice view and would be nice to sit in, if it had lights for night time and didn’t have dead plants as decor.
The mattress was very hard, as others have said, and there was no blanket on the bed. While it’s fine to not have blankets on beds, when I did find one in the dresser, it had long black hairs stuck to it and it was dusty. The towels were very scratchy and left red marks on my body and face.
In the end, too many things were wrong for us to complete our whole stay so we checked out after one night.

Very good hotel in the heart of Marina di Ragusa...very kind receptionists, the chambermaids and the lady taking care of the breakfast????????

Posto semplicemente magico.
Grande organizzazione e tanta tranquillità.
A due passi a piedi sei dappertutto, al mare come ai luoghi della movida.
Sempre a due passi sei in pieno centro dove trovi tutto quello che può servire.
Per chi vuole disintossicarsi dalla macchina.

Very old and needs updating we could barely move on the tiny shower which wasn’t the cleanest
No ice no wine opener no glasses only plastic very good continental breakfast with a wonderful woman serving coffee
Would Definintely not recommend !
